In order to use the www.haldereacademy.com  website belonging to HALDER E-ACADEMY, AN E-ACADEMY FOR COMPETITIVE EXAMS AND TUITIONS, you (The User) have accepted the following terms and conditions given below. We reserve the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any time.

You (The User) are therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions every time you use the www.haldereacademy.com website of HALDER E-ACADEMY, AN E-ACADEMY FOR COMPETITIVE EXAMS AND TUITIONS.

If you do not agree with all the Terms and Conditions, do not use the Site.

Here, ‘You’ refers to the Users (Visitor/Student) and ‘we’, ‘our’ refer to HALDER E-ACADEMY, AN E-ACADEMY FOR COMPETITIVE EXAMS AND TUITIONS.

1.SERVICES/COURSES:

  • Our services refer to different postal, online courses, mock test series which are available on our website.
  • Before purchasing any of the “HALDER E-ACADEMY, AN E-ACADEMY FOR COMPETITIVE EXAMS AND TUITIONS” courses you should read course description, instruction, refund & cancellation policy very carefully.
  • A description of the Services/Courses together with validity are available on our Website. We will provide the Services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the description set out on the Website.
  • We reserve the right to vary or withdraw any of the Services/Courses described on the Website without notice.
  • We expect you to confirm that the Services/Courses you are purchasing will meet your needs.  We do not make any guarantee to you that you will obtain success, professional qualification or employment opportunity from your purchase and completion of any of the Services/Courses.

2. PURCHASING SERVICES/COURSES VIA THE WEBSITE:

  • In order to purchase any of the Services/Courses online you must register for an account with us via the Website.  If you already have an account with us you can log into your account using your user name and password.
  • You must give your basic details- name, address, phone number etc. to place an order on our website.

4. PRICE/FEE OF COURSES, MEMBERSHIP:

  • All prices/fees that are advertised on our website are correct at the time of buying/ordering. However, HALDER E-ACADEMY, reserves the right and discretion to change our prices at any time. Please check our website for up-to-date prices/course fees- Click Here.
  • Postal Course (Study Material) fees includes printing cost Rs. 1.00 per Page), shipping charges (Rs.60/- Per 500 Grams), Cost of gum/sellotape, Envelope, staple binding, Payment Gateway Charges and HALDER E-ACADEMY’s Remuneration/fees.
  • POSTAL COURSE/STUDY MATERIAL’s PRICE/FEES (Approx.):
  • a) Printing cost: Rs. 1/- per page.
  • b) Shipping Charges: Rs. 60/ Per 500 gram.
  • c) Envelope: Rs.10/-.
  • d) Gum/Sellotape: Rs.1/2/5.
  • e) Staple Binding: Rs. 2/- per 100 page.
  • f) HALDER E-ACADEMY’s Remuneration/Fees: Rs. 50/- to 500/.
  • Razorpay Payment Gateway: 2.6%.
  • Online tuition/preparation for class VIII to XII free of cost. 100% Free.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:

  • All Intellectual Property Rights in the Course Materials, Online Courses, Mock Tests and the speeches made by teachers/instructors at the Courses are, and remain, the intellectual property of HALDER E-ACADEMY or its Partners.
  • All other trademarks, service marks and logos used in this website are the property of their respective owners.
  • The copyrights of books are reserved by the respective authors/publishers.
  • You are not authorised to:-

(i) copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, post, transmit or distribute any of the Course Materials without prior written permission of Hiru Halder, Founder and owner of HALDER SCHOOL;

(ii) record on video or audio tape, relay by videophone or other means the Course given;

(iii) remove any copyright or other notice of HALDER E-ACADEMY on the Course Materials;

(v) modify, adapt, merge, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse any software forming part of the Online Courses.

  • Breach by you of these terms & conditions shall allow us to immediately terminate these terms and conditions with you and cease to provide you with any Services/Courses, including but not limited to access to the Online Courses.
  • In consideration of the Fees paid by you, we grant to you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Course Materials and the software in respect of the Course for the sole purpose of completing the Course and / or attending the Course.
  • You must not use the website, any Services or the Content in any manner or for any purpose which is unlawful or in any manner which violates any right or which is prohibited by the Terms of Use.

6. TERMINATION:

  • We shall be entitled to terminate these terms and conditions and cease to provide you with any Courses/Services with immediate effect in the event that you:

(i) violets our terms & conditions.

(ii) fail to pay when due your Fees (for Membership);

(iii) act in an aggressive, bullying, offensive, threatening or harassing manner towards any teachers/employees of HALDER E-ACADEMY, who provides the Courses or any student who attends any Course;

7. BILLING:

Payment Methods

  • We accept Online Payment. We also offer Partial Cash On Delivery payment on our postal courses that are Study Materials.
  • Our website is integrated with Razorpay Payment Gateway, one of the most trusted payment gateways in India. It is 100% safe and secure. Our website is also secured connection by SSL and HTTPS.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy for Courses:

  • Any unsatisfied student is entitled for full refund (except transaction charges).
  • No refund will be fulfilled once the Study Material/Order is shipped.
  • You may cancel your order within 6 hours (within 1/2/3 hour (s) for online courses i.e. online test series, online coaching etc) from your payment/order time. After that period, no cancellation request will be accepted.
  • According to the courses, the cancellation period is different. Read the course description carefully before joining the course. (Cancellation Time for postal courses: 6 hours from payment/order).
  • Refund/Cancellation request must be sent through email only at haldereacademy@gmail.com. No request for refund or cancellation will be accepted by WhatsApp Chat, SMS or any other mode of communication.
  • We will take 10-15 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited to the same account as you had made the payment from. We will not be able to refund the amount to any other bank account or credit it to any other credit/debit card.
  • Transaction charges (6%) will be deducted for the refund. We do not adjust the transaction charges for the refund as it is consumed by the third party payment gateway company (Cancellation before order shipping).
  • Double shipping charges (Forward shipping + Return to Origin shipping charges) will be deducted for the refund, if you reject the order (if you do not accept the delivery).
  • Total deduction for the refund before order shipping = 6% of course fees.
  • Total deduction for the refund after order shipping = 6% of course fees + double shipping charges (Forward & RTO).  **Applicable only for books.
  • Double shipping charges may be upto 500/- rupees. We do not adjust the transaction & shipping charges for the refund as it is consumed by the third party companies (Cancellation after order shipping). **Applicable only for books.

9. Exchange & Return Policy of Courses, Study Materials, Mock Test:

  • Courses/Study Materials/Mock Tests once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
  • Read our course/study. materials description very carefully before buying the course or study materials or mock test.
  • No exchange, return and Refund once the order (courses & study materials) is shipped (or cancellation time is over).

10. Exchange & Return Policy for Only Books.

  • Besides courses, we sell some books- 2 Books only, compiled ans edited by Hiru Halder.
  • Books once sold will not be taken back or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing/binding defect.
  • BOOKS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Before ordering the books Please make sure you have ordered the correct Books.
  • Books included with postal courses will not be taken back or exchanged.
  • We do not replace or exchange the books (except damaged, defective books).
  • If the order has already been shipped and you receive Damaged, Defective, Item not as described then you can exchange/return the book.
  • You may return books if you have received damaged, defective books. Return Address for Books (Books that are sold separately /individually, not included in our postal courses)- To, Hiru Halder, Bhakuri, Berhampore, Murshidabad, Pin- 742101.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO THE COURSE CURRICULUM AND COURSE FEES:

  • Our course fees are subject to change without notice.
  • Old students need not pay the extra fees/new fees. The new course fees will be applicable to the new students only. But, new fees for Membership must be paid by all students from next month (old+new students).
  • We reserve the right at any time to modify the course curriculum. Course Curriculum may be modified or changed, if we think that the new curriculum would be more useful to the students.
  • New fees of membership must be paid from next month.
  • We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

12. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

    • We use India Speed Post to deliver your order at your doorstep. You will receive a tracking id at your registered email address once your order is shipped.
    • Study Materials may be shipped through a professional courier. Sometimes, we ship all orders through courier (Amazon or Ecom Express or Delhivery Courier).
  • Your order may be shipped from a third party printing company through Amazon Shipping Courier.
  • Shipment time is not included in our delivery time. We will take 3 working days to dispatch/ship your order.
  • Study Material will be shipped through Speed Post. We will inform you tracking id once it is shipped. You can track your study material/order online at India Post official website.
  • Study Material/Order will be shipped within 3 working days from your order/payment day.
  • You will receive your Study Material/Order within 8 working days. 
  • You will get access to our Online Mock Test, Classes instantly as soon as payment is done.
  • If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by you, the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by HALDER E-ACADEMY for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
  • If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by us, then we will bear the extra cost for re-delivery. You are agreeing to wait in this case, if it happens.
  • There may be some delay in delivery of your order in case of heavy rainfalls, heavy storm, flood, earthquake, road strike etc. at your locality or at our locality. You will have to wait in these cases.
  • All days are working days except Sundays and National Holidays.

13. Standard Delivery Time (Study Material/Book/Notes):

Berhampore & Rest of Murshidabad: 8 Working Days.

Kolkata: 8 Working Days.

Rest of West Bengal: 8 Working Days.

Other Indian States: 10 Working Days.

14. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • International Shipping is not available by us. International candidates are requested not to buy our postal courses, study materials and books.
  • International candidates (who are Indians and live abroad; want to appear in competitive exams) can buy/join our online courses and online mock test series.

15. ADMISSION PROCEDURE (ONE TIME PAYMENT):

> Click on ‘Courses’ or ‘Membership’ if you want to join Membership (Monthly fee).

> Click on the course name you want to join/buy.

> Click on ‘Get Course’ button.

> Click on ‘One Time Payment’.

> Create an account or Log in if you already have an account Or, Fill up Check Out Form (Your Name, Address, Mobile Number, User Name, Password  etc).

> Click on ‘Place Order’.

> Next, Make payment online by Internet Banking or Credit or Debit Card or UPI etc.

Admission is Complete. You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address as soon as payment/order is done. You will also receive a confirmation message to your registered phone number.

Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, Phonepe, Googlepay, Paytm, UPI, Wallets All Payment Options are Available.

16. SOME MORE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Our course is robustly designed to make students ready for their dream job. But, we do not guarantee success.
  • You agree not to distribute in any medium any part of the HALDER E-ACADEMY Platform or Study Material or Mock Test or Class or the content without Hiru Halder’s (Founder & Owner of HALDER E-ACADEMY) prior written authorization.
  • The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a course/study material/book that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
  • The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. We reserve the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, we have the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services/courses of www.haldereacademy.com.  without prior intimation whatsoever.
  • You (The User) agree to receive both promotional and transactional sms & email on your registered mobile number & email address. 
  • You can contact us through email to delete your phone number and email address from our system. After that, you will not receive any promotional email or sms.
  • In case of any legal issues, the matter will be covered under the jurisdiction of West Bengal only.

17. ORDER CONFIRMATION:

  • We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product delivery and ongoing payments. 
  • In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
  • You may also receive SMS notification of your order.

18. MEMBERSHIP (MONTHLY PLAN):

Terms & Conditions for Membership

  • You will have to make payment every month to access the course.
  • Payment must be made before expiration (within 30 days of joining).
  • Membership will be cancelled if you do not pay the fee before expiration.
  • Read the description of the course before joining.
  • You will have access to the full course by monthly plan. You will also get new lessons, classes, online mock tests that will be added in the course.
  • Membership is not available on all courses. Membership is available on our online courses only.

Payment for Membership

  • Payment is secured by Razorpay Payment Gateway.

Multiple Membership Plan

  • You can not join multiple membership plans at a time with a single account. Only One Membership Plan (Course) per account.
  • To join multiple membership, you need to create multiple accounts with https://haldereacademy.com . Use a different email address to create a new account. Sign up again and join another membership (course).

Cancellation & Refund of Membership

  • You may cancel your membership any time you wish. There is a ‘Cancel’ option at the membership account page. 
  • We do not provide any refund for cancellation of membership. You are requested to read the course description carefully before joining.
  • 94% Refund available if you cancel your membership within 60 minutes of joining.

How to Renew Membership

  • To renew your Membership, log in at our website and visit Membership Account Page.
  • There is ‘Renew’ option in the Membership Account page.
  • Payment must be made within 30 days of your joining.
  • Suppose, you join on 1st January. Then, you must renew your membership before 1st February (Within 30 days from your joining).

20. SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AND UPGRADES:

  • At certain times our systems and software programs will be updated. In the event of an update we will endeavour to do this work as quickly as possible. However, if our systems are not working for a period longer than 72 hours then will allow our candidates to extend their course for no more than 72 hours.
  • It should be noted that no refund will be given for the unavailability of the website lasting up to 72 Hours. However, if our systems are not working for a period longer than 72 hours then we will allow our candidates to extend their course for no more than 72 hours.

Information Usage

  • The most important usage of the information collected from you is your email which is used to inform you that your order has been confirmed/executed. Your email is also used to inform you for your customer service related queries and for any newsletters sent. All other information collected is confidentially stored and will not be disclosed unless needed as per the requirement of the law authorities or in case of any disputes.
