Refund & Cancellation
Refund & Cancellation:
- Any unsatisfied student is entitled for full refund (except transaction charges).
- No refund will be fulfilled once the Study Material is shipped.
- You may cancel your order within 6 hours from your payment/order time. After that period, no cancellation request will be accepted.
- Cancellation/Refund request must be sent through email only at haldereacademy@gmail.com. No request of cancellation/refund will be accepted by WhatsApp Chat, SMS or any other mode of communication.
- We will take 10-15 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited to the same account as you had made the payment from. We will not be able to refund the amount to any other bank account or credit it to any other credit/debit card.
- Transaction charges (5%) will be deducted for the refund. We do not adjust the transaction charges for the refund as it is consumed by the third party payment gateway company.
