Cancellation & Refund:
- Any unsatisfied student is entitled for full refund (except transaction charges).
- You may cancel your order within 30 minutes from your payment/order time. After that period, no cancellations will be accepted.
- Cancellation/Refund request must be sent by email at haldereacademy@gmail.com. No request for refund will be accepted by WhatsApp Chat, SMS or any other mode of communication.
- We take 10-15 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited to the same account as you had made the payment from. We will not be able to refund the amount to any other bank account or credit it to any other credit/debit card.
- Transaction charges (10%) will be deducted for the refund. We do not adjust the transaction charges for the refund as it is consumed by the third party payment gateway company.
