Cancellation & Refund:
- Any student who is not satisfied with the course/mock is eligible for an almost full refund, subject to 10% cancellation charges.
- Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of the payment/order time. No cancellation requests will be accepted after 30 minutes from the time of payment.
- All cancellation or refund requests must be sent via email to haldereacademy@gmail.com. Requests made through WhatsApp, SMS, phone calls, or any other mode of communication will not be accepted.
- Once a valid refund request is received, it may take 7–10 working days to process the refund. The refund amount will be credited only to the same bank account / card / payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds cannot be transferred to any other bank account or payment method.
- Cancellation charges (10%) will be deducted for the refund. These charges are non-adjustable, as they are levied by third-party payment gateways and banks.
