How to Order?
Click on ‘Get Course’ button. Next, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’. Type your name, address, pin code, phone number and email address. Next, click on ‘Place Order’ and make payment online. Create an account during/before checkout by typing a username and password. Or, you can whatsapp us to place an easy order by UPI payment (Phonepay, Gpay, Paytm etc.).
Instruction:
- Your order will be shipped through Amazon Shipping or DTDC Courier or Speed Post. You will receive a tracking id once it is shipped. You can track your order online.
- Study Material will be shipped within 2 days from your order/payment day.
- Delivery timing will be calculated from the next working day of the order placed.
- You will receive your order within 7 to 10 days.
- You will receive all the Study Material at a time.
- All the Study Material is compiled & edited by a group of experienced teachers under the guidance of Hiru Halder.
- Shipping and other charges are included in the course fee.
- Contact on WhatsApp to place a cash on delivery (COD) order.

Refund & Cancellation:
- Any unsatisfied student is entitled for full refund (except transaction charges).
- No refund will be fulfilled once the Study Material is shipped.
- You may cancel your order within 6 hours from your payment/order time. After that period, no cancellation request will be accepted.
- Cancellation/Refund request must be sent through email only at haldereacademy@gmail.com. No request for cancellation/refund will be accepted by WhatsApp Chat, SMS or any other mode of communication.
- We will take 10-15 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited to the same account as you had made the payment from. We will not be able to refund the amount to any other bank account or credit it to any other credit/debit card.
- Transaction charges (6%) will be deducted for the refund. We do not adjust the transaction charges for the refund as it is consumed by the third party payment gateway company.
