Classes & Syllabus

Classes are conducted strictly as per the West Bengal Board syllabus.
Teaching includes Grammar, Literature, Writing Skills, and Examination Preparation.
• 3 classes per week
• Each class duration: 90–120 minutes

Fees & Payment

• ₹500/- per subject per month
  • Fees must be paid in advance
  • Due date: on or before the 7th of every month
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable
  • Late payment may lead to temporary suspension of classes

Attendance & Punctuality

Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
Repeated absence without prior notice may affect academic progress.
Missed classes will not be repeated or compensated.

Homework & Evaluation

Regular homework, classwork, and tests will be conducted.
Students are expected to complete all assignments sincerely and on time.

Discipline & Conduct

Students must maintain proper discipline and respectful behaviour.
Use of mobile phones during class is strictly prohibited.
Any misconduct may result in discontinuation of tuition.

Study Materials

All notes and study materials provided are for personal academic use only.
Sharing, copying, or commercial use without permission is not allowed.

Parents’ Responsibility

Parents are requested to regularly monitor the student’s attendance and progress.
All academic decisions taken by the teacher will be final.

Holidays & Schedule Changes

Holidays and schedule changes will be informed in advance.
In unavoidable circumstances, classes may be rescheduled.

Performance Disclaimer

Academic improvement depends on the student’s attendance, effort, and practice.
The tuition centre is not responsible for poor results due to irregularity or lack of effort.

Right to Modify

The tuition centre reserves the right to modify fees, schedules, or terms and conditions with prior notice.
