• Your order will be shipped through Speed Post or DTDC Courier. You will receive a tracking id once it is shipped. You can track your order online.
• Study Material will be shipped within 3 working days from your order/payment day.
• Delivery timing will be calculated from the next working day of the order placed.
• You will receive your order within 7 to 10 working days.

Refund & Cancellation:

• Any unsatisfied student is entitled for full refund (except transaction charges).
• No refund will be fulfilled once the Study Material is shipped.
• You may cancel your order within 6 hours from your payment/order time. After that period, no cancellation request will be accepted.
• Cancellation/Refund request must be sent through email only at haldereacademy@gmail.com. No request for cancellation/refund will be accepted by WhatsApp Chat, SMS or any other mode of communication.
• We will take 10-15 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited to the same account as you had made the payment from. We will not be able to refund the amount to any other bank account or credit it to any other credit/debit card.
