• Your order will be shipped through Amazon Shipping, DTDC Courier, or India Post (Speed Post). Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID to monitor your shipment online.
• All study materials are shipped within 3 working days from the date of order or payment.
• Delivery is usually completed within 6 to 10 days, calculated from the next working day after placing your order.
• You will receive all the Study Material at a time.
• All study materials are compiled and edited by a team of experienced teachers, under the expert guidance of Hiru Halder.
• Shipping, courier, and handling charges are included in the course fee — no extra payment required.
• To place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, please contact us directly on WhatsApp.

Refund & Cancellation:

• We value your trust and satisfaction. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before placing your order.
• Any unsatisfied student is entitled to request a refund (excluding transaction charges).
• Once the study material has been shipped, no refund will be processed under any circumstances.
• You may cancel your order within 6 hours of payment. After this period, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• All cancellation or refund requests must be sent via email only to haldereacademy@gmail.com. Requests through WhatsApp, SMS, or any other mode will not be accepted.
• We will take 10-15 working days to complete your refund request. The refund amount will be credited to the same account as you had made the payment from. We will not be able to refund the amount to any other bank account or credit it to any other credit/debit card.
• A 6% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This charge is retained by the third-party payment gateway and cannot be waived or adjusted.
